Coordinator of the FP7 EU project CELIM 316310, national coordinator of the Slovak Euro-BioImaging network (EU Horizon 2020). Member of the EBSA executive committee, member of Interim Board or the Euro-BioImaging network, member of the SKBS executive committee president of the Slovak Bio-Imaging Initiative.

Tibor Kožár, PhD. 

Research Interests:include topics related to modeling of protein-protein and protein-ligand interactions; structure, visualization and conformations of glycans, proteins, nucleic acids and other biomolecules; drug- and nanoparticle design; modeling of amyloid supramolecular complexes; quantum-chemical calculations, molecular dynamics simulations and high-throughput virtual screening.

Education:completed at Faculty of Natural Sciences (RNDr. in Physical Chemistry) and Faculty of Mathematics and Physics (postgradual course in Biophysics), Comenius University, Bratislava, Slovakia. Ph.D. degree in Physical Chemistry at the Slovak Technical University in Bratislava. Postdoctoral experience gained at the College of Environmental Sciences and Forestry, State University of New York, Syracuse, USA.
